2. Construction of brick work 9”-th. 4”th. Inside and Outside.
3. Construction of 2 coats plastering work with sponge finish Inside and Outside.
4. Construction of Brick parapet wall three sides.
5. Sump in the ground floor, Terrace cement flooring.
6. Compound wall with Gate fixing.
7. Road side elevation work one side.
9. And other related to mason works.
Terms and conditions:
(1). If any pergola and brick work designs in elevation for that extra payment will be charged as slab area.
(2). Over head tank in R.C.C. / Brick Work tank top and bottom slabs measurement will be charged.

(3). All construction materials ( cement, sand, granite, metal, steel, morreum, bricks etc.) should be
supplied by the owner.
(4). Power and Water should be supplied by the owner.
(5). All the construction tools like (gampalu, paralu, scaffolding sticks, bracing sticks for centering work,
screen for sand screening etc.,) will be arranged by the owner only.
(6). For Out site plastering work scaffolding (goa) should be arranged by the owner with material.
(7). At the time of slab Millar charges will be born by the owner. (13000.00/-)
(8). Sand screening for second coat plastering done by the owner.
(9). Slab height inside – 10’3″ in all floors.
